At Granitestone, we stand behind the quality of our cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all handles and lids are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
